If the parking spaces in front of the door is taken please use the rear parking. We only have 3 parking spaces in the front of the salon. Please pay attention to the signs when parking.
Hours of operation are based on scheduled appointment. Please check your email or text messages to verify time of your appointment.
**Ending time is when the last client will be service. Hours are subject to change at any time. Check the online scheduling system for available time.
The time allotted on the scheduling system is not true end time. Your service may require more time. Please do not schedule work or any another engagement based on the end time on the schedule.

Downloading the schedulicity app to your phone is the quickest way to verify and make appointments.
Online appointment is preferred. Especially during the day. Appointments request can be made by calling the salon number or the stylist directly.

Please arrive on time for your appointments. Please call if you are going to be late. More than 15 mins late there is a late fee of $15. If you missed your appointment 70% of services booked will be charged to your card on file.
Cancellation of your appointment MUST be done within 24hrs of your appointment.
The only way to cancel appointments is online or calling your stylist/salon directly. If your appointment is at 3pm Saturday you will need to cancel your appointment before 3pm on Friday. Any time after the 24hrs a $40 cancellation fee will be applied to your card on file. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you decide not to call or show to your scheduled appointment, your saved card on file will be charged 70% of the services booked. This will be required to pay before another appointment can be made. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Due to the privacy and professionalism in the salon, the waiting area is for clients only. No exceptions. Children are allowed only if they are being serviced.
